Because of numerous outstanding payments, please read our "Reservation and Cancellation Policy" that we unfortunately are obliged to enforce.
A credit card is now required to confirm the booking.

Booking

1. We confirm our availabilities by e-mail or phone.
2. You confirm your reservation by e-mail, giving us your credit card details ( N°, expiration date and 3 digits on the back). This email guaranties the fact that you have red and are ok with our policy.
3. We send you back an e-mail with confirmation and details.
4. In case we wouldn't have your deposit in time, your reservation will be canceled. 

Deposit

• Low Season: For reservation to be confirmed, a down payment of  30% on the total stay is required.
• Middle and High Season: For reservation to be confirmed, a down payment of  50% on the total stay is required.

For reservation to be confirmed, a down payment of 30% or 50% (depending the seasons) on the total stay is required.
Prepayment of the balance of the stay will be required FIFTEEN (15) days prior arrival.

Cancellation policy

• 30 days or more before arrival date: 100%  refund of your stay.
• 29 days or less before arrival: The deposit are not paid off (for all seasons, the deposit will not be refund)
• 15 days or less before arrival: 75% of the total stay will be charged on your credit card.
• In case of no show, cancellation made the same day of arrival or anticipated departures, the whole stay will be charged.
